Commercial users (e.g. biotech or pharmaceutical companies) can only use SNEP after agreeing to a set of regulations soon to be announced on this site. SNEP was designed to support basic research. We cannot assume any responsibility for clinical or therapeutic applications of SNEP results, and recommend further in vitro experiments to confirm SNEP predictions before their clinical application.

Privacy Notice

Visitors to the SNEP website have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy. We monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage. Any or all visits to the SNEP website are subject to the Conditions of Use. We collect no personal information about you if you visit the SNEP website, unless otherwise stated, except if you choose to provide this information to us. However, we do collect and store certain information automatically. This includes:

the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the name of the host from which you access the Internet (e.g. 123.456.789.012), regardless if it is yours individually or provided as a proxy by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), as well as the pages you peruse (recorded by the text and graphic files that compose the respective site).

We use the summary statistics to help us improve the usefulness of our site for visitors (such as assessing information that is of most or of least interest to visitors).
